We "The Best Wine Store" is not responsible for weather related damages. There is nothing we can do about that, once the order is shipped. Please know there may be some leakage in transit. Title to all product intended for shipment passes to the customer when the goods are picked up by the common carrier. If you decide to cancel the order Ideally you should contact us within two hours of placing the order. If we are able to stop shipping or for any other reason that may arise, there will be a 10% charge to cancel or issue money back. There are no refunds for the purchase of alcohol once the order is shipped.
